Bring the warmth of Baba’s cooking into the home with this bold rustic kitchen sign. Featuring wooden spoons, a rolling pin and a small heart, it makes a meaningful Ukrainian grandmother gift for the Baba whose kitchen is filled with family, tradition and favourite recipes.

The artwork is hand-burned into 8 x 10 inch birch wood, then the wood is stained and framed in black wood. Finished size is approximately 9 x 11 inches. A built-in easel back allows the sign to stand, while a sawtooth hanger makes wall display easy.

Every piece of birch wood has its own natural grain, colour and character, so no two signs will ever be exactly alike. The stain is absorbed differently by each piece of wood, creating subtle variations in tone and grain. Combined with hand-burning, these natural differences make every sign unique.
