This Ukrainian harvest wood sign shows a couple gathering wheat, with baskets and traditional clothing that give the scene a warm, familiar feel. It makes a meaningful gift for someone who treasures Ukrainian heritage, farming traditions or memories of family life. The artwork is burned by hand into an 8 x 10 inch birch wood panel, then the wood is stained. A black  frame brings the finished sign to approximately 9 x 11 inches. It has an easel back for standing on a shelf or tabletop, plus hardware for hanging on a wall.Every piece of birch wood has its own natural grain and character. The stain settles differently into each piece, creating subtle variations in colour and tone. Together with the hand-burned artwork, these differences make every Silver Bends sign unique.
