Bring a little Ukrainian humour into the kitchen with this Ukrainian Baba sign featuring a welcoming Baba holding a plate of perogies and the words, Welcome to Our Home If You Leave Hungry That's Your Fault. A fun piece of kitchen decor and a meaningful handmade Ukrainian gift for family and friends.
Hand-burned and stained on 8 x 10 inch birch wood, this Baba kitchen sign is framed in black MDF. Finished size is approximately 9 x 11 inches. A built-in easel back allows it to stand on a shelf or counter, while hanging hardware makes it easy to display on the wall.
Every piece of birch wood has its own natural grain, colour and character, so no two signs will ever be exactly alike. The stain is absorbed differently by each piece of wood, creating subtle variations in tone and grain. Combined with the hand-burning, these natural differences make every sign unique.
